Born and raised a farm girl, I learned early in life that I wouldn’t get very far without some muscle. And if life on the farm didn’t confirm that lesson, hitting 6 feet tall in a sports crazy small town did. Needless to say, I had to learn how to use my body and muscles to their full potential at a very young age.
My serious interest in fitness, however, developed not because of an athletic background, but because I fell in love with welding. Because the work is so physically demanding I needed a way to make myself stronger and more physically capable. I turned to fitness for a solution and it earned me a newfound passion. The more I learned about the dynamics of the human body, the more I wanted to share my knowledge with others. Personal training allows me to help other women discover their full potential, and to help them become aware of their most powerful machine – their bodies!
As a welder and personal trainer, I’m an incredibly busy person. I’m constantly faced with the challenge of getting everything that I need done in a day done, while still finding time for a great workout. Trial and error however, have made me a (self-proclaimed) expert on finding that balance. As a Spa Lady personal trainer I am dedicated to helping my clients find the time for life, work and great physical fitness by providing customized workouts to fit their busy lives!
