Adela's interest in nutrition was sparked by her family's experience with chronic disease management. She is passionate about helping those touched by chronic illness, as well as empowering those that are looking to make better lifestyle choices. As an avid sports enthusiast herself, Adela also has a growing interest in sports nutrition. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing multiple sports including, soccer, volleyball, basketball, running dancing to funky Latin sounds, travelling and like many who've come before her, collecting clothes and shoes.
