A graduate of the Yogaspace teacher training program, Adrian has been practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga for 10 years. His Vinyasa class focuses on strength, stamina and flexibility with careful attention to the breath.
Students describe his class as "a strong physical and spiritual journey of pure love and light". Adrian is a full time senior assistant in Therapeutic Yoga with Kathryn Beet and a primary senior assistant in her pre-registered Vinyasa Fundamentals.
