Alanna completed her studies at the Kine-Concept Institute of Massage Therapy in Ottawa, Ontario. She is a Registered Massage Therapist through L’Association des Massothérapeutes du Quebec as well as a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. She joined our team in a dual role - as a massage therapist and as a Chiropractic Assistant. Alanna uses a combination of deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release to help with joint mobilization, pain relief and general relaxation. Alanna enjoys educating her clients on the importance of finding balance, the body’s healing process and the value of integrating lifetime chiropractic care in their health care choices.In her spare time Alanna enjoys dancing, reading, long distance running and spending time with family and friends. Her educational development other than massage therapy has included: three years in Interpersonal Communication Studies through Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario and she has recently completed a Diploma as an Addiction Careworker through McMaster University.
