Our focus is to give you a strong foundation for a lifetime of fitness, so you will learn to move in a well aligned and effective manner through different exercises designed to challenge you without being overwhelming or causing injury. And don’t worry about falling to the back of a giant class and not receiving the feedback you need... our classes are small so we can be there for you.
This course is meant for the absolute couch potato, so do not be intimidated to start today with people who share your not well thread shoes!
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING ( 201)
If you need a complete program including strength work, cardio and flexibility, this program is for you. The Group Personal Training 201 course is meant as a basic course for people who want to live fit and have a good base but do not want the extreme challenge of the 301 course. This is an excellent all around full body conditioning program with the friendly atmosphere, knowledge and small class sizes UFM is known for.

If you need a complete program including strength work, cardio and flexibility, this program is for you. The Group Personal Training 301 course is geared toward those who want to put their fitness to the ultimate test. A solid base in all three of the major components of fitness is required (cardio, strength and flexibility). Again, class sizes are small to guarantee you receive the feedback that you need as you work through complex and challenging movements to develop your fitness like you have never seen it before.
GROUP TRX TRAINING (201 - 301)
The TRX is a suspension system that develops core strength, balance, and flexibility and gives you a great full body workout. It’s a fun and challenge way to achieve a new level of full body fitness.
