We have programs for everyone. We have two classes each week devoted to developing power and efficiency for running as well as decreasing potential for injury. We also have a Run Club - check out our training program for first time runners and for personal best runners who want to make the Resolution Run their goal race. NORDIC WALKING (all levels)
Nordic walking is a fantastic way to burn calories with a low impact activity that gets you out to enjoy the great outdoors. You will also enjoy great company and a balance of resistance, core and flexibility built into the program.
Run training and classes to improve strength, power and injury prevention by someone who has successfully competed from 5k to ultra marathon.
