Arvin Jenab, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, and founder and owner of Mahaya Health Services & Apothecary. He has been in practice for more than 7 years and is adjunct faculty at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where he regularly lectures on advanced topics in naturopathic medicine and supervises student interns in the Schad Naturopthic Teaching Clinic and at the Queen West Community Health Center.

Arvin’s interest in Naturopathic Medicine grew out of his interest and passion for Eastern philosophy and spirituality which led him to discover Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbalism - He believes that our body speaks our mine and helps his patients understand the cause and nature of their health concerns through self-awareness & mindfulness. He relies primarily on a functional understanding of disease and illness which allows him and his patients to identify specific areas that need support in order to achieve better health.

Arvin’s practice focuses on chronic diseases, hormonal imbalances, digestive concerns, and mental & emotional health. After developing an understanding of the cause of the health concerns and developing a naturopathic and integrative diagnosis, he uses clinical nutrition, Traditional Chinese medicine, Eastern & Western herbal medicine, counseling, and mind/body medicine to treat patients.

Arvin is an active member of the naturopathic profession and is a member of his professional association. In his personal life he enjoys his creativity through his love for painting and cooking!
