AE Boot Camp is an 8 week high intensity outdoor training program that will take you out of your comfort zone and on the fast-track toward serious results. All levels of fitness are welcome & will be put through their paces by our highly experienced professional trainers. Sessions are held outdoors around downtown Calgary from April until October.
What to Expect:
This is not a typical boot camp that consists of excessive running & random repeats. AE Boot Camp is the real deal - a totally professional training program integrating full body strength, core strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, agility, power, crossfit, expert nutritional guidance and more.
You will have the option to train either 2 or 3 times weekly over eight weeks and sessions will progressively become more challenging.
The focus of your training will be on playing hard and moving with purpose to develop a stronger, leaner body that is more functional in every way. Whatever your current level of fitness, AE Boot Camp will welcome you, challenge you and permanently change your concept of training.
Activities:
On any given day, Athletic Evolution Boot Camp includes a variety of activities from running, stair climbing & skipping - to resistance training, agility drills, team challenges, crossfit and use of performance equipment. AE provides all the necessary gear, all you need to bring is water and a can-do attitude.
Sessions are conveniently located at Prince's Island Park just across from downtown Calgary with a variety of convenient parking options available.
