Bikini Boot Camp is not your typical personal training experience. Our function-based program has been created specifically for women by women. Using exercise techniques aimed at developing core strength and balance, agility and flexibility, Bikini Boot Camp will challenge you to try something new. Surrounded by the beauty of our natural parks we celebrate the benefits of getting active and staying active.

Our basic 8 week programs consist of:
Initial and Follow-Up Consultation
2 - 75min Outdoor Group Training workouts per week
Development of 4 day/wk workout program
Nutritional Guidance
Limit of 12 women per group (*we keep the program size small to offer you the individual attention you deserve)
