Pilates enthusiasts will improve their personal practice, whilst trainers and movement educators will benefit from an increased knowledge of functional anatomy, through an in-depth exploration of the exercises, the equipment and the multitude of applications.
Pilates Instructor Certification is awarded to candidates who successfully complete Boditree`s Masters Program (see below), followed by Boditree`s in-house Apprenticeship Program. The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Exam content is included in the Apprenticeship component of study.
