Bonny-Lynn Kuhn is the founder, owner and head instructor of Embody Pilates Studio.

Bonny-Lynn completed a collaborative Kinesiology/Dance Degree from the University of Calgary. She was a figure skater at the national level, and has studied dance in New York, West Africa, and Toronto. Bonny-Lynn has over 1000 hours of Pilates Teacher Training and has studied the Pilates Method in New York, Toronto, Calgary, and California.

he is the first Canadian to have completed the Pilates Master’s Program at the world-renowned Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. Bonny-Lynn is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance’s International Certification and has achieved Gold Certified Teacher status.

Her broad base of teaching methods includes personalized approaches for both the beginner and the elite athlete. This includes rehabilitation, postural reconstruction, pre and post-natal training and sport-specific training.

Bonny-Lynn’s clients include an Olympic gold medalist, a professional hockey player, golfers, figure skaters, runners, gymnasts, dancers and many others who just love what Pilates does for their life.
