The Saracens are a non profit athletic organization that offers rugby for all ages, both men and women and all levels of ability. Established in 1958, the Saracens have enjoyed over 50 years of rugby in Calgary competing in the Alberta Cup Men’s 1st Division and the Southern Alberta Men’s 2nd and 3rd Division. In addition, the Saracens have a women’s side that for over the 10 years have competed in the Alberta Women’s 1st Division.

The Saracens boast one of the largest and most successful junior programs in the province. We offer rugby for boys aged 8-18 and girls aged 15-18. It’s here where juniors learn about rugby, camaraderie and teamwork.

Our sense of tradition and connection with the Calgary community is coupled with a desire to continually move forward in promoting the game of rugby and to bring sustained success to the club – both on and off the field.
