I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Teaching fitness, whether to one or 100 is the most exciting aspect of my job. Personal training, particularly small group training, allows me to do what I love best; getting you pumped about moving your body. The health benefits of fitness are well known, but when you experience first hand the increase in energy, the feeling of strength and power, the decrease in "aches and pains", you want to shout it to the world.
