Deborah has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 35 years and has been a certified yoga teacher since 1973. In addition to running Yoga Spirit and teaching yoga classes, Deborah leads retreats, seminars, and tele-classes. She is a certified member of the Federation of Ontario Yoga Teachers, International Association of Yoga Therapists, and is a member of The Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals, Can-Fit-Pro, and Women Business Owners Association of Canada.
