Hi. I’m Doug Setter, Bsc. I earned my Bachelor’s of Foods and Nutrition from the U of Manitoba. I worked my way through school instructing fitness, Pilates and Kick-boxing well before it was trendy. As an underweight kid, I learned the importance of strength and endurance training for confidence. Kick-boxing was a bonus. At age 40, I won a welter weight title belt. After a year of hip and back pain, I learned Pilates from a student of Moira Stott. The pain went away and I began teaching the method to my clients. MY METHOD?
Minimum equipment, gizmos or trends. Movements from yoga, Pilates and kick-boxing. Burn the fat, lose the flab, pack on the lean muscle and have fun.
