Embody Pilates is the only studio in Edmonton where you’ll be able to experience the complete Pilates method. From our specialized Pilates mats to our authentic equipment and apparatus, Embody’s mission is to teach the Pilates Method the way Joseph Pilates intended.

Embody Pilates is conveniently located in Whitemud Crossing, with ample free parking.

Far Infrared Sauna
- Detoxifies body, removes heavy metals, pesticides, petrochemicals and metabolic waste
- Unlike traditional saunas, air remains cool while the body perspires.
- Infrared speeds up the weight loss process.
