At Energy Group Fitness we think of our classes as being like a fitness social-club, but instead of sipping cocktails, you'll be raising your heartbeat with other people who are there for the same reason you are - looking good, feeling good and staying healthy.
Get ready to MOVE! Nordic Walking is not just for seniors, its for people in their 20's, 30's, 40's, and 50's. It's for people who want to increase the intensity of their walking program! By using the poles you get an incredible low impact full body workout.
Each of our session will run for 3 weeks and in the sesssions you'll:
learn how to use the Nordic Walking poles with safety and technique as a priority;
burn 28% more calories than normal walking and use 90% of your muscles;
improve your cardiovascular fitness.
We limited our class size to 7 people. We like to keep classes small to make sure everyone has personal attention.

Monday evenings at 7:30pm & Wednesday mornings at 8am
