Skipping:
Tighten up your shoelaces... it's time to get tough on your heart with some serious cardiovascular exercise. But let this be a warning: Once you master the rope, you'll never to let it go. This workout is addictive and will be the best 30 minutes of your week!
While jumping along to the beat of great music, you'll not only challenge your cardiovascular system, but your entire body! That's because you'll be working your deltoids, chest, upper back, and of course your calves and hamstrings - the muscles doing the actual skipping. This is the ultimate fitness class in Vancouver!
This class is intense and mastering the rope takes practice. But don't let that scare you. You're not going to skip for the entire 30 minutes - you're going to mix it with interval training, jacks, scissors and some other great moves. Whatever your fitness or skill level, we'll be sure to challenge you!
