What Makes the Method Unique?

A special table with trestles and indentations that can be gripped with the feet, arms, or hands. The table allows you to stretch one or several parts of your body and perform various flexions, extensions and rotations below its surface. And thanks to the trestles and nooks, you can immobilize most of your body and use gravity to work on selected areas. Unlike many other exercises, the fitness table method offers economy of effort- very little energy is wasted on involuntary or excessive motion, which means you have more strength to do the work that really benefits you.

How Does It Work?

Before you begin, you will undergo an in-depth postural evaluation during which we will identify your needs and limitations, and discuss your goals. Your file will be read and updated by the instructors in your level. Classes are kept small (about a dozen people) and students receive individualized attention. The environment is friendly and completely non-competitive. Even in one group, not all students will be doing the same thing. The lessons are affordable and you don't need equipment. There is a discount for students and seniors.
