Our spin classes are a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness and lose body-fat. You have the option to attend a scheduled class or drop-in and use the equipment solo or in a small group (subject to availability and scheduling). To attend a group spin class you firstly need to register using the web-site and ensure that you have sessions available. To attend as a drop-in and use the spin bikes solo, you simply need to make sure that the equipment is available and have valid sessions on your account.
For scheduled classes, we have a minimum requirement of 6 people and a maximum of 9. Make sure to register to ensure a place is available for you.
