If you are looking for maximum results with the minimum amount of time and energy, Fitbodies is your solution to all your fitness needs. Because each class covers cardio work, strength training and core work, all your fitness needs are met each class. When strength training, we utilize real equipment, not flimsy little rubber bands.
All classes are indoors for your safety and comfort and can accomodate beginners to advanced. Classes are only 40 minutes long and have no more than 15 people so you get lots of personal attention.
