Hideki Takahashi is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in Toronto. He is also a Certified Reflexologist. As a massage therapist, he uses Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques for relaxation, stress reduction, and injury treatment.
As a reflexologist, he works on reflex points on the foot to help bring the body’s systems into their own proper balance. Conditions that may benefit from reflexology include sleeping and digestive disorders, migraine, asthma, neck and low back pain.
