Holly is the newest addition to the team as a Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her studies at CDI Career College of Massage Therapy in 2006. Over the past few years, Holly has been working primarily in a therapeutic environment. Holly utilises a range of techniques to help her clients achieve positive treatment results. These techniques include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, pregnancy massage as well as general relaxation. She enjoys encouraging her clients to set lifestyle goals in order to help them achieve optimal health. Holly is a Registered Massage Therapist through Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and is a licensed pactitioner by the City of Edmonton.
