Maiha holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from University of British Columbia and has four years experience in the fitness and rehabilitation industry. Before joining Symmetrix, Maiha worked with a broad range of clients including fitness-oriented clients in a Vancouver studio as well as exercise rehab clients in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic.

In addition to working with clients, Maiha is also the primary referral administrator for Symmetrix … so hers is the lovely voice you are most likely to hear when you call the studio.

Maiha is an early morning exerciser and this spring (2010) she completed her first ½ Marathon. She loves hiking and can often be found Sunday mornings doing the Grouse Grind. She loves a little friendly competition and welcomes ‘Grind” challengers… time to beat – 47 minutes! She’s a goal-driven person who approaches life with an optimistic and practical approach – all of which is very evident in her client interactions and exercise programming.
