Joe graduated from the Kinesiology program at Dalhousie University in 2002 and has worked in the field of therapeutic exercise for over six years along with athletic performance training and ergonomics consulting. The combination of Joe’s energy and professional skills has helped his clients achieve their goals. He currently lives in Kingston, working in health promotion with Public Health. Joe has taught courses such as the Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer Specialist Course and now enjoys teaching other kinesiologists for First Line, improving upon their practical clinical skills.

When he is not working Joe loves being active, whether playing hockey, camping, downhill and cross-country skiing or various other outdoor pursuits. Training for triathlons is another of his passions and Joe is currently preparing to go to Penticton, BC in 2008, to compete in Ironman Canada.
