I have been practicing Hatha Yoga and meditation for 12 years and teaching for 10. To balance my busy life in San Francisco, I took my first Ashtanga Vinyasa class and studied this dynamic practice for 6 years before embracing a variety of other forms of yoga. I believe my classes reflect an awareness of breath with an emphasis on detailed alignment principles. I love the balance of a physically and mentally challenging class - one that is sequenced intelligently and invites relaxation. I hope to encourage a sense of humor, accessibility and non-judgment in each class I am privileged to guide people through.
