Kitsilano Workout is proud to offer a wide variety of sophisticated group fitness aerobic classes with exceptionally trained instructors. We believe that group fitness is an integral part of a person’s fitness routine, and encourage participation by making every one of our 70+ classes per week included in membership.There are entry level, intermediate and advanced classes as well as group fitness that is appropriate for all levels. Kitsilano Workout offers half hour, 45 minute and 60 minute long classes. We offer a variety of cardiovascular workouts, low impact aerobics, high intensity plyometrics and sport specific training.
