Kristen Sheppard, D.C.

Dr. Kristen Sheppard was born and raised in Edmonton. She attended Grant MacEwan and Concordia University College prior to chiropractic school.  She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2001 and then practised in San Diego before returning to Edmonton.
She has a busy family practice treating patients of all ages, and her passion is working with expectant mothers and little ones. 

Dr. Sheppard uses a variety of chiropractic techniques such as Activator, Diversified and Drop.  She uses manual and low force adjustments to suit her patient's needs. Dr. Sheppard is active in the community acting as Vice President of the Edmonton Chiropractic Society.  She also is the Programs co-chair for the Junior League of Edmonton.

Dr. Sheppard was a former competitive swimmer enjoying both synchronized swimming and waterpolo.  She also spent 10 years dancing jazz, tap and ballet.   Dr. Sheppard looks forward to helping your entire family meet its health care needs.
