- 7 days of incredibly enlivening Kundalini yoga taught by Mary (see "teachers" on sidebar for Mary's biography) each morning for 2 1/2 hours. Mary will guide you through a powerful series of postures, breath work and meditation to give you a strong and supple mind and body, increase energy levels, eliminating excess weight and stress, detoxify the body, purify the mind and uplift your spirit. All your stress will melt away as you unleash your true, pure self with these ancient and powerful teachings. Imagine yourself sweating out all your physical and mental troubles in the morning yoga class and then floating in the turquoise, pristine waters of the warm Caribbean to make your cleansing experience even more profound.
(Special individual attention guaranteed as the group will be small). The 1/2 hour guided meditation each evening will bring you deeper into a state of bliss. 
- 3 incredibly delicious and healthy vegetarian meals per day with fresh fish also available and including a wide range of fresh tropical fruits and vegetables, soups, salads, pastas and fresh-baked breads prepared beautifully and enjoyed in an exquisite cabaña with a full and glorious view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
- Your room: A beautiful, spacious, pristine and private thatched roof and stone floor cabana with an awesome view of the white sand beachfront and ocean
(rooms are double occupancy with 2 Queen beds; single occupancy available for an additional fee). Note: The absolute best cabanas in the resort have been reserved.
Fee: $1500 - $1710 US (double occupancy/exact price depending on room;single occupancy rates available;includes 7 nights accommodation, all daily yoga and meditation, all meals ,all taxes and gratuities) (Air and ground transportation not included) $250 US deposit (non-refundable) upon reserving to hold a place. Optional activities for an extra fee include: Sailboat trips, snorkeling, scuba diving, hikes to the unspoiled rainforest and lagoon region (the home of hundreds of species of birds, iguanas, fish and sea turtles), visits to the famous "Mayan ruins", the ancient royal city set in limestone cliffs and wonderful, healing massages, facials and body treatments at the resort’s incredible spa.
