TECHNIQUES USED:
  • Low force chiropractic manipulation/mobilization used to increase motion in fixated joints
  • Active Release Techniques: patented soft tissue technique designed to free up adhesions in muscles and joints, as well as nerve entrapments. It improves circulation in hypoxic (low oxygenated) tissue, thus affecting joint and muscle function
  • Acupuncture : Use of fine needles to penetrate directly into affected tissue to reduce pain and improve function. Specific acupuncture points from traditional Chinese medicine are used as well.
  • Laser therapy and laser acupuncture: non-invasive, no pain, no needles!!!
