Marsha Meller is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and owns and operates TEEN POWER HOUR, a one-of-a kind program of fitness, nutrition and motivation for youth ages 11-17. She also runs a 5:30 Am Boot camp in Northeast Calgary. Marsha has enjoyed participating in Martial Arts throughout the past 10 years. She teaches grappling to children ages 5-13. She has also competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, and Kickboxing. She is also certified in First Aid and CPR Heart saver, Level 'C'. After gaining 60 lbs over the last four years, She decided to change her lifestyle and joined BIGGEST WINNER BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE. After winning the challenge, she decided to become a personal trainer to assist people entering a weight loss program. In addition, she has started running in races in Calgary and wishes to compete in a triathlon in the next 4 years. She has the personal experience to know what it takes to improve your fitness level, lose body fat, and generally feel better about one’s self.
