Natalie Cheng-Kai-On practices naturopathic medicine and acupuncture in her hometown of Burlington and Thornhill. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto in 1998, then worked several years before enrolling in the Naturopathic Doctor program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto.

During her clinical year at CCNM, Natalie practiced at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, Anishnawbe Health Toronto, and Mountainside Neighbourhood Wellness Centre. She also completed a summer internship at Whipps Cross University Hospital in London, England, where she was the lead investigator on a study surveying the use of complementary medicine in the Chest Clinic. The abstract was presented at the Winter Meeting of the British Thoracic Society in 2005.

She continues to practice in Burlington and Thornhill. Natalie is a licensed naturopathic doctor and she is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
