Personal training is an individual experience.

At Prime Fitness, we take training back to basics. Bodyweight exercises can sculpt your body faster than any machine. There are tools all around us in our environment, making it easy to live a fit lifestyle no matter where you are.

Throughout your training experience we provide proper nutritional information and guidance; we help you start making healthy, attainable changes, without having to follow a strict meal plan. Our Prime Fitness ideology will set you up for success.

Monthly challenges are provided to test your training out in the “real world.” We offer everything from rock climbing, stair running, river valley running and 2 hour boot camps to put your training to the test. Look for these opportunities on our monthly schedules.

WHERE TO START?

We start with a complementary fitness assessment and consultation to help you understand your current fitness and to create a specific training program just for you.

WHAT DO I DO FOR A FITNESS ASSESSMENT?

The assessment includes 5 exercises that are designed to test your whole body strength, endurance and stamina, as well as 5 body measurements. The assessment takes 30 minutes.

Here are some suggestions to prepare for the assessment:

1. Don’t drink alcohol within 24 hours
2. Eat 1 to 2 hours before the assessment
3. Avoid caffeine 2 hours prior
4. Avoid exercise 6 hours prior
5. Drink plenty of water up to 2 hour prior
6. Wear running shoes and comfortable exercise attire

We re-test you every 3 months, to mark and show progress of your training.
