Tae Kwon Do
We offer both ITF and WTF (Olympic) styles of Tae Kwon Do
Hap Ki Do:
Our style of Hap ki do is a combination of all the arts. From kicks to punches to grappling to weapons its all incorporated in Combat Hap ki do
Weapons
We offer the opportunity to train with Nunchaku, Bo, Sai, and Bokken. The weapons program is taught separately and Certificates are given upon successful completion of the course.
Tai Chi Chuan
Relax with the slow meditation movements of Tai Chi. Relieve Stress become more flexible strengthen bones loosen joints improve balance becoming more focused are just a few benefits of learning Tai Chi.
Tae Boxercise
A great Cardio work out with Martial arts self defense as a plus. Get in shape look great and feel more confidence knowing you can protect yourself. Have fun in a comfortable environment, tone up for summer. Walk away with a “YES I CAN” attitude.
Kung Fu Kick Boxing
Take the grace of Kung Fu, add the powerful kicks and punches of Kick Boxing and you get a great form of self-defense.
