Rising Sun was the first retail store in this region to cater to the mixed martial arts community by offering UFC and Tapout products. We have since added Warrior, Sinister, Sprawl, and Throwdown. We have the largest on hand inventory of MMA wearables in western Canada.

In 2008, Rising Sun established a new division, Rising Sun Tactical. On that side, we carry such items as Surefire flashlights, Monadnock and ASP batons, Ring's Blue Guns, Evolution Body Armor and 5.11 Tactical Products to name a few. Rising Sun Tactical is also a training division offering training for Defensive Tactics, Expandable Baton and Tactical Firearms. Courses are offered locally in the Edmonton region or we can travel to your location to provide these services.
