I have recently completed studies in Exercise & Sport Psychology. She has over 13 years experience getting clients to their goals.
Stephanie's expertise is in weight loss and weight management, program design, core conditioning, balance and stability, and pre/post natal exercise prescription.
She believes that the key to obtaining and staying physically fit is the development of an integrated program that offers new and exciting exercises that safely progress the client to the next challenging level.
