Follow Me Tai Chi provides personal training in Yang Style Tai Chi for health and stress relief in the greater Toronto area.
EASY Tai Chi is a combination of standing (or sitting) Qigong exercises, and non-memorized Tai Chi forms in place.
IT is easily learned and effective in reducing the effects of stress. Postures and gentle breathing techniques set to relaxing music that will restore and refresh you. Suitable for older adults who are looking for a gentle yet thorough fitness alternative, or for anyone who has arthritis or other limiting conditions. All work is done standing or seated in a chair.
