ABOUT THE YOGA WAY
Founded in 1997, The Yoga Way is the only Toronto Yoga school to offer structured yoga programs limited to 5 students. The Yoga Way is not a drop-in centre.
The programs offered at The Yoga Way are structured to teach yoga as a progressive series with individual attention and detailed instructions. Each class is built upon the last one taken and structured to address the needs, capacity and goals of the individual. All programs are limited to 5 students.

Why Structured Programs and Not Drop-in Classes? Learn about the School's Philosophy
Karma-Yoga. The Yoga Way takes an active role in supporting charitable organizations both within the local community and in the world. Of particular interest is children learning English in third-world countries. As a part of karma-yoga (i.e., work done without monetary profit), The Yoga Way hosts various fundraising events and donates regularly to non-profit organizations.
