Our inline skating club consists of adult, trail bladers of various levels, who want to keep fit, have fun, and meet new friends. All members are twenty-one years of age or older.
We meet at a trail for an afternoon or evening of fast-paced rollerblading. We stress fitness, but we are not a racing club. We like to socialize, but we are not a leisure club.
Our approach is to build leg and core strength, as well as cardiovascular endurance with a series of fifty-six, high-energy workouts. To further this end, the rolls are held three times a week, and every week from June to September, including long weekends.
Our goal is to enhance the fitness level of our members in a safe, friendly environment. We also take time to socialize, usually at the halfway point on the trail, as well as after the roll.
