Here at Kerrisdale Physiotherapy we believe in performing a thorough examination to arrive at an accurate diagnosis first before formulating a treatment plan.  We are able to do this because our therapists have the highest level of training in the lower mainland in treating orthopaedic injuries and our appointment times are 30 to 60min long.  We specialize in manual therapy and have fellowship credentials (FCAMPT), which is the highest level of manual therapy training available and recognized world wide.  Our approach is to use manual techniques to restore normal joint function and reduce muscle spasm, along with specific therapeutic exercises to promote tissue healing.   

Our team of therapists at Kerrisdale Physiotherapy have their doctoral degrees, kinesiology degrees, personal training backgrounds, manual therapy certificates and fellowships, therapists who are university clinical instructors, post professional educators, and authors.  We frequently coordinate your care with personal trainers to ensure that your recovery doesn't stop here so there is continuity through the entire spectrum of care.  When you are a patient of Kerrisdale Physiotherapy, you are in good and caring hands - literally.
