Yoga In Daily Life can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, ability, or physical condition. To suit everyone's needs, we offer classes consisting of chosen sets of exercises from the Yoga In Daily Life System - including traditional yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation.
