The Teacher Training Program consists of a core curriculum of instruction (classroom plus homework) in the following areas:

- Yoga styles of Ashtanga (Traditional, Vinyasa and Flow variations) Hatha and Yin
- Eastern Anatomy ( Pranayamas,Chakras and Nadis)
- Patanjali's Sutras
- Paths of yoga -Bhakiti, Jnana, Raja, Karma, kundalini yoga
- Mindfulness Meditation
- Sanskrit for Asanas and Mantras
- Common injuries, Asana alignment (hands-on adjustments) and teaching principles
- Anatomy, physiology, biomechanics
